Individual

One Hour Session. $50

This one-on-one session allows for our personal trainers to provide individual coaching tailored to your current mobility and cultivate a training platform to help you achieve your fitness goals.

 

Program Design

$20/week designed

Program design is great for those who are self starters but want to follow a specific program for their fitness goals. Programs will be sent digitally. Programs can be small as weekly or 4-6 week basis.

Partner

One Hour Session. $30/person

Bring a friend, sibling, spouse and get fit together. This one hour session will allow you to workout with up to 3 additional people. Movements will be modified based upon fitness abilities.

* Must have at least two people in this session, otherwise, individual session rate will apply.
