Pricing
Individual
One Hour Session. $40
Anne will work with you privately to focus on specific movements in order to help you achieve your fitness goals.
“All In”
up to 5 Sessions per week. $150/week
Each session you will receive individual attention while following a tailored workout program designed for you. You are committing to a routine, a promise that you are all in!
Partner
One Hour Session. $20/person
Bring a friend, sibling, spouse and get fit together. This one hour session will allow you to workout with up to 3 additional people. Movements will be modified based upon fitness abilities.
* Must have at least two people in this session, otherwise, individual session rate will apply.
Program Design
$80/month
Program design is great for those who are self starters but want to follow a specific program for their fitness goals. Programs will be sent digitally. Programs can be small as weekly or month long based upon your needs.
